This was one of my favorite books growing up. It is imaginative, exciting, and it has great characters and plot. I was always a fan of Diana Wynne Jones' Chrestomanci stories, but this one always stood out to me.

I found this book by chance at a used book store, and I am very glad I did. It is still one of my favorite books of all time. With the subject matter, I wasn't exactly expected it to be quite so hilarious, but it manages to do so while still being poignant and meaningful.
