I got exactly what was advertised by the title, a bit of sexy, with some serious dark and weird bits. I really enjoyed this story, and would have loved to have read more about Anaïs and her misadventures through Paris in the 1930s. The story moves along nicely, there is believable dialog, and being written in the style of an apparently lost diary of Anaïs Nin was the icing on the cake. If there is a downside, it was that it was too short. I would love to see Mr. Levy return to this at some point in the future.
