I gave this book a 5 star because it was a different kind of book then all the others. it was the type of book I like action thriller. this book was a mix between sci-fi, action and survival. this book always kept me guessing what would happen next and I was left guessing wrong each time. I hope that you enjoy this book as much as I did. I wish to read this book again in the near future.

The maze runner is about a boy who is sent in a enclosed area known as the glade and stuck there with others until later on in the book they find an exit from somewhere they call the maze. The maze is just that a maze except every night the maze changes and every night things called grievers are sent out to kill what ever got stuck in there. Every day the maze opens and when it hits night time it closes if you get stuck in there chances are you will probably get eaten by the grievers. When Thomas (the boy/main character) enters the Glade he has no memory from before except for his name it happened to all the Gladers(people Thomas is stuck with) but they soon figure out that when there stung by grievers they start to remember other things than there name like Ben a runner(runners are people who go in the maze and try to find an escape) when he was stung he remembered that it was Thomas who put them all there (yes Thomas was the one who put them there; well he worked for the people that put them there until he was betrayed to and put there to) later on Teresa comes through the shaft as well and she was in comma for about a 2 weeks(the shaft was where they all came from to enter the Glade) Thomas and Teresa were able to telecommunicate when Thomas and Teresa come to the glade stuff starts to change. Then later on in the book they escape and end off starting the scorch trials

The reason why I liked this book was because it was different then other books. It was about show more deception in a way with the people who put the Gladers in there and Thomas and Teresa being part of the people that put them in there. Until they got betrayed. and it was very mysterious you never knew what would happen next. The way friendships and enemy's were made was different than most other stuff. show less
In the beggining of Rebel, Wren and Callum (the 2 main charcters) were flying 2 HARC shuttles full of reboots from an HARC(HARC are the bad guys of the story) facility that had all the reboots they freed. While they're flying they were trying to look for a reboot reservation where they would potentially live. The reboots land about a mile from their destination and when they land the reboots see a sign that says reboot territory so the reboots kept on walking in the direction from the sign. About a mile later they find a wooden wall and people standing in the gateway. One person stepped forward from the gateway and walked toward Wren and the freed reboots. He stopped a few feet away and Wren says, "Are you reboots?" The man says, "yes". The man's name was Micah. He was the leader of the reservation reboots(the people standing in the gateway). After wren stops talking to Micah, he allows them in the reboot reservation. The freed reboots all lived there together. After a couple weeks living in the reservation Micah allows Wren to go hunting with them so Wren said yes because she thought it was hunting animals, but once they arrive to the hunting spot the reservation reboots start to shoot at humans and anyone young enough to reboot was shot in the chest. All growups were shot in the head so Wren didn't kill anyone and when they got back to the reservation Wren yelled at Micah and they got into a fight. The next day Wren and Callum figured out Micah was going to kill all the show more humans and free all the reboots from the res of the HARC facilities so they decided to rebel there plan was to tell as many reboots as they could about Micah's plan and try to convince them to join them and fly the shuttles back to the facilities. Another reboot named Addie tried to help to by spreading the word. about 2 days later Wren and Callum woke up to a big commotion and walked to the center of the reservation to see Micah beating Addie on a pole She had wounds all over and he told his henchman to keep them opaen and make here suffer. Wren decided to save Addie so she stormed in and started to fight Micah about a minute later Wren came out victorious and took Addie down from the pole and went to a tent to help her heal. a few days later Wren and Addie were walking around the reservation and out of no where someone snapped there necks but since they were reboots they didn't die but they were knocked out. when they woke up they were in a HARC shuttle but Micah and his henchman were on bored they asked what was going on and Micah said he cant have rebellion in his reservation so he flew Wren and Adie to bounty hunter territory(people who capture escaped reboots for HARC) and dropped them off there. Wren and Addie were all alone when a van stopped near them and 3 people walked out and started shouting at Addie and Wren so they ran away but Addie got strung up by a net they shot so Wren went back and attacked them in about 5 minutes she took care of them and helped Addie out. back at the reservation Callum was stealing the ships and about 150 reboots decided to help him get rid of Micah so when Micah returned the 150 reboots stole his shuttle and took off toward the Austin HARC facilities when they got there they took it over from HARC. Wren and Addie were walking toward the Austin facilities when HARC officers attacked them........ Ill leave you off there
The summary of the story is the book is about reboots fighting each other and when one side finally wins the good reboots attack HARC and take over there different facility's to rid HARC from the world and leave peacefully among the humans dreaming of a world where humans and reboots live peacefully among each other.
The reason I liked this book so much is because it always left you with questions as to what would happen next would Callum die or are the humans going to kill the reboots. every page there's a new story its mysterious.

This book is about a time far from now when the world is having problems with a epidemic. The epidemic is called KHD its killing millions of people and in the states it has wiped out every state except for Texas. Now when people die they have a chance of coming back to life called Rebooting but if you come back to life as a reboot you are stronger, faster, can heal faster, and your less human with less emotion but it all depends on how many minutes your dead for the longer your dead the less human you are. . The book takes place as a girl who was shot and killed but she rebooted and was dead for 178 minutes so she has almost no human in her 5 years later she now is the most skilled reboot in the HARC facilities. HARC are the people who take reboots and use them as slaves. But all of that is about to end as wren has to train a reboot named Callum who is the lowest reboot in HARC. Callum isn’t like other reboots he has an opinion about everything. But soon his mouth starts to get him in trouble. so wren has to find out a way to get Callum out of HARC and run to freedom so when wren has a solo mission she learns that there are people called rebels that are freeing reboots. The reboots that are free are at a place called the reboot reservation. so wren and a couple rebels forge a plan to escape the night of a mission. when wren and Callum finally escape they have to free one more reboot but on their journey to free another reboot they find out that Callum has been injected show more with a drug that makes him want to heat meat constantly even humans. so when they free the other reboot they have to go into a HARC facility and get the cure but they also find out the Callum only has about one day till you can’t cure it so they go that night but they don’t only plan to get just the cure the plan is to get the cure and every reboot in the city of Austin which is 100 reboots. That night when they attack the facility the get the 100 cures and 100 reboots and they cure Callum and fly all the reboots to the reboot reservation.

The reason i gave this book a * * * * * 5 stars is because whenever i read a book it takes me about 1-2 weeks to read because they aren’t really interesting but this book was different. This book only took me about 4 days to read because it was so interesting. Every page there was a new climax to tell about. First everything would all fine next it would be disastrous.
