Lots happeniong at the start, but a lot of non-answers. It almost takes too long to actually start to move towards answered instead of mysteriously hinting at 'strange things' etc. But once she got graves and moved onto the next book i started enjoying it a lot more.

for some reason i found it a bit slow to start with. I wasn't instantly addicted like i have been for his other books. But i am so glad i kept reading. Each character is solid, you know them really well, through the last books, but new characters are also well rounded . The ending had a good pace. I loved Halt's silent comment when he interrupts Horace leaving, (trying not to spoil the ending if you haven't read it) not too slow or fast and certainly leaving you ready for the next adventure!!
