Amon is a funny character and the way Lily shows him a different made me laugh, a lot. However I couldn´t separate Lily from Kelsey; it´s the same voice and it frustrated me a little.
Like Kelsey, Lily is a smart and brave heroine willing to face anything to help Amon and his brothers. I like the idea of a forbidden romance between them and the funny way Amon rejects her.
Like Tiger´s Curse series, Reawakened didn´t disappoint me; it is filled with exciting moments, deadly traps, terrific deities and romance.

The book has three parts and starts with Akhenaton´s death, Tutankhamun´s father. You will discover who killed the pharaoh later; meanwhile, you´ll make a mental list with possible names. I like this air of mystery.
It´s a very interesting and unique twist on the story of King Tut that express his confusion, doubts and insecurities being a young ruler and husband. It makes me think what would have happened if he had lived longer.
It isn´t a historical novel, but a very well written fantasy novel. Cyci Cade mentions some facts of Tut´s life and events that happened at that time, but she gives another creative version to the story.
