Elusive Cures: Why Neuroscience Hasn’t Solved Brain Disorders―and How We Can Change That by Professor Nicole C. Rust
Rust should write two or three short stories to hone her story-telling skills. Elusive Cures is difficult to read, not for the material, but for the style: repetitive, written for professionals here, written for the lay public there, repetitive, awkward constructions throughout, and repetitive. Perhaps the editorial staff at Princeton Press should take the brunt of this criticism - it could have been much easier and more entertaining to read.
