This book has a great variety of recipes. There is something for everyone. I love the comments from the author but the only thing that seems to be missing is the nutrition facts. Overall great book. I will be trying each recipe at least once.
This is a great book. It has great exercises and the description of each exercise is worded very well. The only think I would say that it needs would be pictures so that you can see what each pose looks like. Sometimes the visual aid is very helpful.
