Unbelievably amazing read. Highly emotional and well put together. I loved the different writing for the different characters. Definitely recommend!
Finished in two days. Such a fantastic retelling of her life. Quick read with lots of breaks. Definitely worth the read.
Absolutely loved this book. The two authors together delivered a brilliant story of love and friendship and angst and gave me feels.
There were some bits and pieces here and there that seemed to be missing but I generally attribute that to a skimming habit I developed years ago. All in all, this was my favorite book from John Green. The main character was so real, so intensely felt. The language was descriptive without being flowery. This was a beautifully written novel about a very difficult subject. Kudos and much admiration to John Green for this.
I honestly don't understand how someone could give this a one or two star rating. The book was amazing. Not much of a review, really. Highly recommend!
I Hate Men: More than a banned book, the must-read on feminism, sexism and the patriarchy for every woman by Pauline Harmange
This was a great little essay that's not about hating men, per se, but more about hating what men can represent. I feel everyone should read this, men and women alike, just to get an idea of what others might be thinking. It was a quick read, completed on a flight from Dallas to Detroit, with time for naps and drinks - easily under two hours.
