Interesting concept, few twists, but in general its is not a bad book. I've heard people say the book is bad cause the characters are not as cool as they think or they then to be assholes, but I look at it as this is a character study. What if you put a bunch of arrogent and asshole characters and made them work together. As a setting and character study its not bad, but there is room for improvment.

A great series of short stories reminiscent of Sherlock Holmes, though predating him as far as release age.
