I was sad when I finished this book because I couldn't read it anymore. I loved it.
If you're looking to revise your diet, or just interested in nutrition in general, this is a fantastic book.
It's not that I didn't like this book; it's just that it didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know from reading Michael Pollan. If you're looking for a beginner's eat well/right kind of book, with a bunch of recipes, you'll really like it.
