got some info of Taiwan Libraries

I got some Z39.50 server info of Taiwan's college libraries.
It's maybe helpful to search Chinese books.

About NBINet, I don't think it like a Z39.50 Gateway.
According to here(Chinese)，the partner library give their coatalog data to NBINet, then NBINet make it togeter.
and, the notice ask partner library's data format must base on C MARC and MARC21.
by the way, all the libraries on the list are the partner with NBINet(here).

last thing...the Encoding.
According to Library's people, most Taiwan's Libraries changed the encoding to unicode.
