The site http://opus.tu-bs.de/zack/ presents a number of libraries that apparently use the Z39.50 protocol. Please note also that the list of libraries is slightly different depending on the language seleced.

Z-Brary (www.z-brary.com) is now the premier registry of z39.50 targets. I keep it constantly updated with new entries and corrections. You needn't look elsewhere!
