Cover Pixelation

Anyone else notice that cover pics for smaller books that are uploaded by the user (It seems, could be more than that) are showing up looking very pixelated and blocky? Especially in the book info screen and the my library screen...

It even looks wierd when you go to edit a book and there is no cover selected. That grey boxs that shows up looks all blocky too... I don't know.

Maybe I'm just loosing it... :-)

I think there was, but the second time an image is used, it works.

I'm getting a pixellated image for the system image "No cover image" (pics/nocover.gif). Looks like the table block is too big, but the source code doesn't show an obvious size increase.

OK, I realize this is an old thread, but its description most closely fit what I'm experiencing.

I've noticed (the past couple weeks or so? can't recall how long...) that the cover images have been much more blurry than they previously were. Not only with other users' uploads which I remember as being sharper in appearance, but also ones that I uploaded myself, which I iknow/i were sharper previously.

I posted something about it in this thread a couple days ago... (message #54)...

...but I can't seem to determine if this is truly a "bug" or not.

For example, look at this cover:

And here's an example of a smaller book, which shows up very pixelated in my "My Library" book list, due to the shape of the book:
