nowhere girl, maybe?? Chloe, or Zoe?

I read a book in grade school (that seems to be common here...!) with a main character named Zoe, Chloe, or something like that. The other main character was a boy (they were both pre-teen or young teens) who had maybe just moved to the town? and it turned out that his new friend, Chloe (or whoever) is really the ghost of a girl who died some time ago in this town.

Any help would be greatly appreciated; I'm usually the one who answers other people's questions like this, but this book has had me stumped for ages!

I recall reading a book called The Girl from Nowhere but don't remember any characters' names.
