Add MARC Records manually?

Some of the books I have and am entering are not in any of the libraries listed at LT. They are however in libraries whose catalogues are online, and which do provide a MARC record. Is there anyway for me to import those MARC records manually?

The libraries in question include the Serbian national Library, its online catalogue, COBISS/OPAC, and here's the system's entry page (English)

There's also the National and University Library of Croatia , and its online search, and

The National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina, online search

You might check http://www.librarything.com/talktopic.php?topic=1801 and see if your libraries are on the known list.

thanks I'll go over and check. I haven't been able to find any references to Z39.50 on any of these three sites though.
