newbie here...
what are venue pictures, what are they for, where are they used, how do you upload them, what are the picture requirements, such as file size and pixel size. could I get an example or a location of a venue picture?

Check out the tab Local. The libraries and bookstores featured here are called venues . If there isn't a picture of your favorite venue you can take one and upload it to the appropriate page. You can also add missing venues and events scheduled for them such as book signings.
