Hawaiian Historical Fiction

Has anyone read The Lonely Warrior by Kathleen Dickenson Mellen...I recently read it and enjoyed it very much..it is about King KAmehameha I...published in 1949..she has written many other historical fiction books about Hawaiiʻs history...good storyteller. Also recently published The Last Aloha by Gaellen Quinn is a good read...a historical fiction novel about the overthrow. I am a librarian and a native Hawaiian.
