Movie watch

Anybody up for a Deathly Hallows part 1 movie watch?

boy LT seems slow today. Is it just me?

Hmm. . . I haven't bought a copy of the movie yet, but I've been thinking lately that a movie watch would be fun. I'm "undecided" on the first two questions right now, as my schedule is kind of up in the air for that weekend.

We have a birthday on the 29th (my dad's). And on May 3rd (my younger daughter's)......And May 15 (Catbastet's).

....And May 20th (my son's).

Of course, by then we might have the movie!

My work schedule's not up for that week yet. I'm expecting to find out Tuesday or later.

I made the mistake of putting it on my birthday list, which means I can't get it until the weekend of May 7. I would be up for a watch then or after!

I was also thinking we should go through all of them leading up to the July release of Part II.

Can't do the 30th, but I do like the idea. Also, if you guys plan it for game time, count me out. I love my Giants too much.

Just announce the day and I will try and be there. It has been too long since I got to participate in a movie watch.

#6, jp - cat and my husband share a birthday! And your late April-May sounds like my family's late June-early August: birthdays on June 30, July 7, July 18, July 28, August 3 & August 4, and anniversaries July 31 and August 6!

I love the idea of a series re-watch leading up to the last release. Not sure how many, if any, my schedule will allow for, but I think it'll be fun!

I'm not really sure I can't rent it here until it comes out in RedBox in May. Oh well. There will be other times, I'm sure. I'm trying not to buy it until Part 2 comes out so I can get the set together. It's going to be a long wait.

I splurged and bought the movie, and my schedule is open that weekend. Future weekends are undetermined, until I find an apartment and get internet access.

So . . . are we on for this? If so, what time?

ha! just kidding! i forgot about it, and it was my suggestion...duh.

we're still good for it for Saturday night LT time, Sunday morning here.

8:30pm Saturday April - 29 30 LibraryThing time (Eastern USA time) sound good? looking over the posts above a repeat viewing on the weekend of may 29 might work for those that can't make it this weekend. Or maybe start the series rewatch then.

Awww! I missed you! My husband was fiddling with my computer. :o(

Curses, I missed it too but I did rewatch it again recently. I am glad to think some of you got to see it together and I have been watching the trailers for part II perhaps a bit compulsively!
