There's a message box in the first post! I've never seen this before - clicking on Reply normally brought me to the box at the bottom of the page.

I think this is a bad way to do it - it'll only contribute to the confusion for people who are used to threaded conversations.

Huh - when I hit edit all my post was highlighted - never seen that before... strange behaviour happening...
just hit edit again and the whole thing is highlighted - not good for accidental deletion with my clumsy fingers. *sigh*

Use the 'reply' button under a post - I have always scrolled down to the bottom to post a message. I don't really see the point of replying without seeing what else has been posted, particularly when the 'reply' is going to appear at the end anyway.
