New Talk HelpThing Edits

I've started some work on the Topic HelpThing page but would appreciate some more eyes on it. Things still needing to be tackled:

1. The whole 'about' thing. We might want to wait til this is a bit more functional, I dunno.
2. Jump to top links.
3. New 'group' box on the top right.
4. Do flagged messages look any different now? Anyone have a screenshot?

I probably missed some other things, but I'm not sure what.

Flagged messages do appear differently. I'm loathe to take a screenshot of a random flagged post in case we embarrass someone who has just made the one mistake.

Please go here and flag me to death!

Did some more updating of this page to take into account the Talk tab changes and to get 'About' in there now that we understand what-- er. It's about. A little better.

Would appreciate some double-checking eyes.
