The Scots Travelmate

A 2005 publication that I've just come across, a little pocket dictionary of Scots with some encyclopedic and grammatical material. Idiosyncratic use of 'Older Scots' to mean moribund (as opposed to pre-1700) - and a very pessimistic view of what's moribund, or maybe I'm just getting old. I don't always agree with their regional labels, either. Still, it's good to see an independent effort to put alongside the Scottish Language Dictionaries family of reference books.
