I am enjoying my Summer of grilling meat and vegetable and smoking meats on the outdoor grill. I am wondering if anyone has any good outdoor grill cookbooks you could recommend.

I'm not that much into grilling myself, but Cookbooker (a site where people review recipes) is taking a good look at grilling recipes. http://www.cookbooker.com/tags_recipe.php?tag_id=243

My griller husband swears by the Weber cookbook that came with our grill in 1997. Steaks are always perfect using the recommended timing.

Anything by Steven Raichlen! Try to catch his TV shows, too. "Barbecue University" and "Primal Grill." He's a great teacher, and will keep you supplied with fun new ideas and techniques for years.
