I love the internet. In the last few weeks I've found affordable copies of two works I've wanted for some time;
Late Roman Warlords and The Rome that Did Not Fall: The Survival of the East in the Fifth Century.
As is normal for me, I had begun researching the Later Roman Army and its foes as a precursor to building a Patrician Roman Army
for wargaming the armies of Aetius, Ricimer and Odoacer. Voila, these two works appeared in my price range. Sweet!
