What's your favorite Gregory Maguire book and why?

I've only read Confessions and I'm in the middle of Wicked right now but I'm hoping to get a few more under my belt soon. Just wonder which would be best to pick up.

I also started his books with "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister" and moved on to "Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West." The bookseller told me "Wicked" was Gregory Maguire's best (this back when "Confessions" and "Lost" were his only other novels), and I still agree after having read all five of his books. After "Wicked," I'd suggest Son of a Witch:a Novel, simply because it follows "Wicked." Next, I suggest Mirror Mirror since Lost is a bit different from his other books. Generally speaking, it's usually the least favorite of his books. There's a group on this author called Fabalous Emerald City!

Sorry, most of the tags don't seem to be working. Pleasant reading. :)
