Well I only read half of it....... It is about this Black girl moves to Louisiana from Pennsylvania and she meets this white boy..... The white boy dont want nothin to do with her but his mom convinces him to be nice..... When they start talkin to each other.... He begins to realize that she wasnt the girl he thought she would be.......... They become really good friends.... I would rate the book at 8 or 9....

Yea it is but I can't read it no more because I moved to Florida and the book was my teachers' book
