It's the start of the new year and I will keep track of all the books I read in 2012 in this thread as soon as I finish the books.

#2: Thanks billie, I have been on a trip for a month and got some reading done but haven't kept track of it...
I have read A Storm of Swords which I loveeeed, I think the third installment in this series is much better than the second one, there is a lot of action and plot twists in this one.
I reread The bad beginning in order to finally reading the Lemony Snicket books.
I read The invention of Hugo Cabret which I really really liked and read in like one afternoon, I can't wait to watch the movie.

I just finished reading Clockwork Prince which was just ok, not the best one, I still prefer the first one and think it had a better story...

I also finished Bossypants which was light and exactly what I needed to read at the moment, and the last book I read was Ender in Exile which was good but I still prefer the first one in the series.

I have been wanting to read Life of Pi for quite a few years. I did not realize there was a movie of it.

#21: Hi, billiejean! Yes, there is a movie coming out this year! I am actually reading several books before the movies come out! I really recommend Life of Pi to you! Happy reading!

I haven't updated this thread in a while, so I finished Miss Peregrine's home for peculiar children which was amazing, I couldn't put it down while reading it. I finished The Casual Vacancy which was good but not something I'll reread in the future. Also finished Room which was good and I finished The fault in our stars which was one of my favorite books ever, it was great and probably the best book I have read recently.
