As details unfold it just keeps getting worse. Captain Chicken of the Sea has got a legion of nicknames now, mostly in Italian though I'm sure they're all interesting. Now there's unaccounted for stowaways or "friends" of the officers; a beautiful blonde on the bridge, mutineering junior officers taking control, heroic Coast Guard, the captain's dinner being ordered after the crash and not abandoning ship but falling into a lifeboat?? Come on, if it wasn't true nobody would believe it. This is beyond a disaster book, now there's movie material.
