I'm thinking of baking a brie this weekend, somethiing I've never done before. Any tips? I don't suppose you can do it in a microwave can you?

Nope. It won't brown. It needs a regular ol' oven. Even a toaster oven would work.

Are you putting it in a dough crust or just adding goodies and baking it that way? I've had it both ways and I prefer it without a crust.

I was going to do it without a crust and go after it with some crusty bread and crackers.
