Is there a group "Site Support" for general site support requests?

Hi! It might happen that creators of LT groups leave LT, are unavailable for a long time, need to go to hospitals and even worse things might happen.
No group maintenance can be one any more without addressing LT stuff.
Which is the group where such / similar maintenance requests can be posted?
Thanks for any help / advice!

In my experience: Talk about Librarything and/or email jeremy (jbd1).

Examples: At the group Esperanto! http://www.librarything.com/groups/esperanto the language should be set to Esperanto or better to "Esperanto, English".
The translation page http://epo.librarything.com/translations.php should be linked (via a relative link) to the Esperanto translation group "Esperantlingvaj tradukoj" /groups/esperantlingvajtradu..
I will post a message to jbd1.
Thanks for any support in advance!

Group admins handle these issues. In cases where the group admin is not longer available, I can change admins or make necessary changes.
To the specific question in #3, the group admin appears to be still active on LT, so I see no particular need to interfere with the group description, &c.

>5 brightcopy: - I'll look at that. Never done it, so I'm not entirely sure.

Note: the same applies for
----
http://glg.librarything.com/translations.php
see http://www.librarything.com/zeitgeist/language/glg (no groups but contributors)
----
http://ind.librarything.com/translations.php
see http://www.librarything.com/zeitgeist/language/ind (no groups but contributors)
----
and might apply for all newly added languages.
I will message the first two members of the "glg" and "ind" languages.

to LT stuff, to jbd1: Please note that the group maintaining the MediaWiki servers have a special Bugzilla keyword "shell"" at their bug tracking tool. see https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/describekeywords.cgi "This bug requires someone with wikidev group (volunteers, and Wikimedia developers) shell access, who can push site changes to the Wikimedia Cluster (it can include roots etc, but doesn't have to be)".
The maintainers of the WikiMedia Clusters can filter site request by the keyword "shell".
Please consider to create such a group for similar situations at LibrarytThink. Thanks in advance!

I have no idea what that means.

It is about the creation of an LT group "Site Support" for general site support requests. It's also my experience from years at MediaWiki fault finding and localization of the langauges at "Betawiki" later called http://translatewiki.net/ . There where a lot of loudy people and non English people had few chances to get some help or tasks done.
Normally there are only a few requests. As setting a translation group link for the newly created languages etc. Posts at that group should be handled with priority or deferred.

Other "Site support" issues: "flags"
http://www.librarything.com/zeitgeist/language/spa is showing some nice flags
They are missing at
http://www.librarything.com/zeitgeist/language/epo Esperanto
There are public domain Esperanto flags on the web, maybe at the same source where the other flags come from.
http://www.librarything.com/zeitgeist/language/yid Yiddish
The flag of Israel should not be missing. Not sure if we can get some YIVO pictures.
(to be continued)
Maori (I still might be a technical administrator at mi.wikipedia.org).
etc.

The flags are flags of countries where that is a primary language. No such country exists for Esperanto. They are based on the two letter ccTLDs.
The Israeli flag missing from Hebrew (and possibly Yiddish) is probably a bug as there is already a flag:
http://www.librarything.com/i/flags/il.gif
Most likely this is a bug or unfinished project, since other language sites like Japanese and Italian are missing their flags.
And if you report it to Bug Collectors, you might actually get it fixed.

>14 brightcopy: Thanks brightcopy for the comments! I need to summarize a lot of collected issues and can not post these topics now. They are not urgent to me now. Feel free to post them if your time permits this.

FYI, you can always post a Profile Comment to yourself as a note for later.
