Is a MediaWiki gadget devoled by a friend. It allows character conversion funktionality which is standard at all wiki sites based on MmediaWiki using Esperanto as the default language. The gadget allows magical character conversion at any wiki where it is activated as in

I kindly ask users from the Board for Extreme Thing Advances to evaluate how this functionality (a modified commons:MediaWiki:Gadget-EoMagicalConversion.js ) can be used here and how it can be included as an user parameter in the future. The topic is posted here in order not to disturb the extreme group.

brief description:
a) In edit mode the characters Ĉ ĉ Ĝ ĝ Ĥ ĥ Ĵ ĵ Ŝ ŝ Ŭ ŭ can be inserted with a normal keyboard using an one will us "x" after the latin character as inCx, cx, Gx, gx, Hx, hx, Jx, jx, Sx, sx, Ux, ux.
b) If the characters Cx, cx, Gx, gx, Hx, hx, Jx, jx, Sx, sx, Ux, ux should be used in the text one will us "xx" as in Cxx, cxx, Gxx, gxx, Hxx, hxx, Jxx, jxx, Sxx, sxx, Uxx, uxx.
Note: Brian Vibber the former main developer of MdiaWiki and a skilled Esperanto speaker mentioned some time ago about some plans to implement a general character conversions for Indic scripts as Bangla etc. Need to investigate on this more general topic.
