Is there a Wiki or FAQ on the best way to add eBooks? I just purchased a Nook and am finding that I'm not sure how to add my new ebooks. Most don't have an ISBN. And if there is an eISBN, what's the best source?

I just added a ton of ebooks. My way is probably not the best way and it really depends on how accurate you wish to be, but this is how I did it. First, I loaded them all into Calibre. Then, I tracked down ISBNs for all I could (whether it was the ebook ISBN or not, I just cared about having the work itself in my catalog), then I exported a CSV list from Calibre and used the bulk import function on LT to import them. Then I went through my LT and Calibre side by side to make sure they were entered properly. It was a ton of work, but that's the only way I could figure out how to do it. Hope this helps. Feel free to PM me if you want more info.

Did you add any tags to indicate these were ebooks? Or put them in a separate collection?

Sorry, I don't know what Calibre is. How did that make it easier than adding the books directly into LT?

Calibre is an e-book organization software. I already had all my ebooks loaded into it and was able to use their export feature to make the list to add to LT. You can find out more about it here: http://calibre-ebook.com/
If you don't use Calibre, or have a spreadsheet or list of ISBNs, you would have to enter each book manually. I don't know how many you have, but that could take a while.
I did use tags, "Calibre import" as well as a "Calibre import" collection. Some books I have a paper copy as well as an electronic copy, so for those I use the tag "have ebook"
