miniature libraries

Some famous doll houses have library collections of their own.

I've tried to get the list of materials in
Colleen Moore's Fairy Castle to catalog as a Legacy Library on LT. I heard back from my first inquiry, but then they dropped the ball. One of the books concerning the castle has a partial list of the catalog, many by famous authors of her time period.

Another is Queen Marys Dolls House

There is a book entitled "The Book of the Queen's Doll's House" Volume II "The Queen's Doll's House Library". Edited by E. V. Lucas, published by Methuen in 1924 in an edition of 1,500 copies. It lists all the books placed in the library, with the full text of each, and where illustrations are present they are shown. Not easy to find but worth having if you are interested in miniature books.

I think this would be a lovely Legacy Library. I remember visiting the doll's house as a child; it is quite amazing.
