Undoubtedly, several of you have seen a roughly one year old blog on the New York Times called Borderlines. As the name somewhat implies, it cites quirks, history or battles over the borders between countries complete with map(s). Interesting stuff, mostly concentrated on smallbore issues; not WW II, for example.

Borderlines is a great column on geography and national borders - and interesting. Thanks.
