How to "force receive"?

Can anyone refresh my memory - can't remember how to do a "force receive". Is it automatic or ?? I reminded a person over a month ago about receiving her book and she's been off-site for quite a while. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I think the button only shows up six weeks after you've done a reminder (domestically, anyway), as long as you haven't sent another reminder in the meantime. It resets every time you send a new one.

It says I reminded her a month ago and hasn't changed since that appeared - so will it automatically appear after six weeks have passed? I didn't send another reminded because I know it resets, I remember that from another time. I also notified "abuse" about it, even though it's not technically abuse. I'm just trying to clear it off my slate. Thanks for your answer. :-)

Yes - when the time expires you get a Force Receive button (I forget whether it shows up next to or replaces the Remind button).
