A new Infinite Jest blog

As a DFW newbie I'm trying to impose some order and discipline on my first reading of Infinite Jest by writing a blog about the experience. Incidentally, I'm reading it on a Kindle, which adds new levels of fun to the footnotes, not to mention keeping track of all those unnumbered chapters.
