I forgot how good this one was until I started rereading it, I think I read the first 200 pages in one sitting. And thankfully I couldn't remember every detail so it was just as good the second time around.

I loved the shit weasel. Really all I remember from this one. I may reread it though because I remember being satisfied at the end.

Strange that we cannot remember the story after a while. Perhaps it did not feel as realistic as some of King's other books and if we aren't emotionally involved we forget. It wasn't so horrifying as some and the visual effect wasn't as strong as in some of the more lurid tales. I hope I am not getting too familiar with King's work and beginning to look for something else.
