How did you like the Tolkien? I haven't read the trilogy in years and I've been thinking of giving it a reread.

I've read The Hobbit and the Lord of the rings several times. I never tire of them. On the other hand, I've tried to read The Silmarillion twice now and can't get through 50 pages.

#20> Well, I did get through the Silmarillion, but I do know what you mean about it. I read it just to get the background information about the Middle Earth mythology, but I can't say I enjoyed the experience much. Anyway, next up for me will indeed be a reread of The Hobbit.

I just finished watching the new Hobbit movie (part 1). Wow, I liked the movie but it sure ain't the book!
