Where do I go to post common knowledge pictures?

I was lead to the wiki page but not how to post pictures. Could someone please help?

Not sure what you mean by a "common knowledge picture". As far as I know, there is no place on the CK for images. You can post an author or venue image by clicking on "Add a picture" in the space below the placeholder (or image if one is already there) and following the instructions.
