I love reading Jack Reacher books and have been through them all. Any recommendations of other similar bad-ass-revenge-esque books out there?

Thanks

I started by October ER book last night - big mistake - awake way way way too late.

Runner by Patrick Lee would be my suggestion. It is supposed to hit the bookstores in Feb of 2014. Our hero is Sam Dryden.

The book is getting quite a buildup and I have to say that even though I haven't finished it yet, every bit of it is deserved. Great thriller.

Try Stephen Hunter's Bob Lee Swagger books, starting with Point of Impact.

Also Barry Eisler, either his John Rain or his Ben Treven novels. I've read almost all of Lee Child's work and, while I enjoy them, Eisler writes better.

4 Penforhire- I agree with the Hunter recommendation- up to a point. Some of the later ones were a bit wacky. The one where he becomes a Samurai springs to mind.

I like Brian Haig's Sean Drummond.

Secret Sanction is the first in series.
