This was a short thing, based on a dream, it said. I didn't think I was going to like it, but I actually enjoyed reading it. I only made two notes, mostly due to the length of the story.
Someone would probably need to be fired, but he had no obvious use for the weapon anymore.
I couldn't figure out if this was supposed to be a horrible pun or something else entirely. I was totally baffled. This isn't a representation of the writing style, though. The whole thing made much more sense.
This didn't shock or surprise Eddie in the least. Since he had become homeless, he noticed people treated him differently and would go out of their way to avoid him.
Someone has known the experience, or has known someone who had to deal with being homeless.
