So are we going to do this again, in which case we should at least start deciding on the shape of the conference table figuring out the process for selecting future books, or was this a one-off?

Anything for April yet? I just discovered this and my March reading this is too overwhelming to jump in for American Gods. However, I'd like to be prepared for what comes next.

I think we need to add a new guideline—toward shorter books. I think Gaiman's length was a problem. I know it was for me.

I'd definitely be happy with shorter books.

Although I still haven't gotten to Dorian Gray either....
