An anthology of short stories set in Moscow, appropriately entitled Moscow Tales, has recently been published by OUP. The stories have been selected and translated by Sasha Dugdale, who besides translating from Russian and Turkish, is also an award-winning poet. There are quite a few new names in this book, as well as writers I've read in Russian but never seen translated into English. I've read it and I can really recommend it.
