a short story called "The Cage" I think.

A woman makes a pact with the devil for eternal beauty and youth. The devil grants her wish in exchange for a night of sex. The woman's husband, the king finds out and sentences her to spend time in a very small cage in the dungeon.

Off he goes into battle. He loses. The enemy razes his castle, and the woman, forever young, forever beautiful is forever caged beneath the rubble.

Could the story be in Cage of Bones and Other Deadly Obsessions by John Everson? It's a collection of twenty-something short erotic horror stories.
