I'm finally posting my progress through the list, mainly because I want to be on Jonny's nifty progress index! I've been reading from the combined list for about 3-4 years, and have been following everyone's progress here for the last 2 of those.
Luckily I had a pretty good start, having been given a similar list in high school (books one should be familiar with before beginning college, ha!), and from majoring in Humanities. And from being slightly obsessive.
