Vampire conspiracies

I do know that there are a lot of alien conspiracies (for example surrounding Groom lake and Area 51) but are there any conspiracies concerning vampires?

That's an interesting idea, but I'm not aware of any as general conspiracies. Of course there have been numerous fictional "secret histories" involving the undead, many the basis of long-running series.
