Looking forward to this challenge...my first year to join!
I teach high school English, so I am always looking for inspiring young adult novels; otherwise, I read from a mix of genres.
Just finished Wonder...very good! A young adult read, this one tells the story of a fifth grader entering middle school. A wonder he is with a face very deformed. Such a powerful read!
I hope to finish two other reads before midnight on December 30 (books for our faculty book club that got pushed to the shelf as we completed a busy semester): The Mistletoe Promise and The Finisher.
My first read for 2015 will be for one of our local bookstore's book club...Adios, Nirvana.
Happy New Year of Reading!

>1 tgillmore: I read Wonder two years ago for a book club and it sparked a lot of good conversation. I thought it was a very powerful read too. Welcome to the 75ers!

So far, I have read the following this year...all have been for book clubs:
Adios, Nirvana by Conrad Wesselhoeft
Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty
The Extraordinary Adventures of Alfred Kropp by Rick Yancy
Swimming by Nicola Keegan - not a favorite of mine
The County Fair by Katherine Valentine
The Selection by Kiera Cass
I need to pick up the pace if I am going to read 75 this year...although I do tend to read more during the summer.
If interested, more of my thoughts on each of the books are located here at mrsgbookreviews.blogspot.com.
