I have A Fistful of Sky by Nina Kiriki Hoffman ordered from the library. I'm first in line so should have it within the week. Anybody reading with me?

I'm not sure if I'll be reading, but I read it before, so I can definitely join in the discussions. I really like Nina Kiriki Hoffman's work. This one has some themes rarely found in fantasy, and I really like this kind of contemporary fantasy: no kicking of asses, no fireworks, but some solid characters and lovely magic...

I wasn't planning to read this, but after reading some reviews, I'm intrigued. I've placed a hold on it now.

Well, I wasn't going to, but then I read about it and bought it for my Kindle. It's cheaper than a fast food meal, and I don't eat fast food, so, that is my reasoning. ;)

Excellent reasoning, MrsLee!

Dipped my toes in it last night when I had a quiet half hour at work. I like the way it pulls you right in. Looking forward to tonight at work which I hope will be slower and have more quiet moments to read!

I requested this from the library. I'm the only one on the list, so I hope it will be here soon!

This is one of my favorite authors, and I just reread this last April, so I'll join along in the discussion for sure!

This will be my first read of anything by Hoffman, and I'm really looking forward to it.
