Have they forgotten collections? Or am I stuck juggling three accounts?

They haven't forgotten them. They've made it abundantly clear that there are a lot of structural changes that have to be made before collections appear, and that (all? most? some?) of the major changes we've been seeing are working towards that.

last I heard they are all working on an improvement they are being paid for specifically.
