I've noticed that this year (November?) is the 200th anniversary of "Emma" being published.

Am wondering if anyone is doing anything to mark this occasion? An Emma readalong? A general Austen week/month?

Yes, there is an Emma 200 Festival in Brunswick Square, Bloomsbury, London this week! See www.emma200brunswicksquare.com for details of talks, a staged reading, music etc. Do come!

Not an event, but just an article about Emma at 200: http://flavorwire.com/539987/why-emma-is-jane-austens-greatest-achievement
