Just got finished with The Everlasting. It's a ghost story that delves into Limbo as well as several immortals who have lived since time immemorial.
Interesting read and entertaining prose. He writes well -- at least in this book, I haven't read any of his other books yet. I've had a spate of adverb abusers lately, and Lebbon was a breath of fresh air.
I highly recommend The Everlasting to horror fans.

I've read Face and Berserk.
I remember not liking Face as much as I'd hoped, but enough to try more. I remember really liking Berserk, but the details are fuzzy now. At any rate, he's one of the Leisure stable of horror writers whose books I pick up without question.
I've heard that 'White' from Fears Unnamed is supposed to be terrific.
He also has a dark fantasy series called Dusk that is supposed to be pretty good, though I haven't tried it because for the most part dark fantasy isn't my bag.

I've read White and other tales of ruin ... some excellent horror stories ...

I think that Lebbon's novella WHITE is one of the very best horror stories of the past decade or so. Very bleak and terrifying. His novels are enjoyable, but I think he's still finding his way with the longer format. Lebbon's short stories, on the other hand, are often pitch-perfect. Look for AS THE SUN GOES DOWN, WHITE AND OTHER TALES OF RUIN, and FEARS UNNAMED.
